Dear Dr. Schelling,
My husband and I have had our new addition to our family, Kingsley, for about 4 months now. He is a happy pup but I’ve heard that puppies can become infected with worms fairly easily. Kingsley seems to be healthy but I still worry about my little guy. Are there any signs I should look out for? - Megan Dear Megan, Worms, or intestinal parasites, can affect all puppies and dogs. Intestinal parasitism is one of the most common conditions in clinical veterinary practice and is frequently identified in all dogs.
